Malaysian model, actress, and TV personality Anna Ellisa Gustin Jobling Abdul Rahman – known simply as Anna Jobling – has been selected to be among the ‘100 Most Beautiful Faces 2022’ list published annually by TC Candler and The Independent Critics since 1990.
Coming in at number 84, this actress was recently in the limelight for her role in the Melur Untuk Firdaus series.
Born on 14 Aug 2000, she was said to have been modelling since age five and was crowned Miss Tourism Pahang in 2018.
Her acting roles include in the 2020 film Pasal Kau! and 2021 film Penunggang Agama 2. Her acting career began with Adrian Teh’s debut film Article You! Her breakthrough role was as Shafinaz Mckenzie in the Shah Alam 40000 drama broadcast on Akasia TV3.
In the ‘100 Most Handsome Faces’, Muhammad Shameer Shauqeen Shaiful Izam – better known as MeerQeen – came in at 55th place.
This rising male singer broke through with Hero Remaja and has since garnered acting roles in Kelaster and Marry Me Senorita.
While the most beautiful face was selected to be American Victoria Angel model Jasmine Tookes, South Korea-related beauties dominated the latest chart – with 16 altogether.
South Korean girl group members also were the prevailing common factor – even from other Asian nations – with Blackpink alone making up four entries – including top-rated Southeast Asian in the form of repeat winner Lalisa Manobal (3) – pipped only by South Korean singer Nancy Jewel McDonie of Momoland (2).
Even Saudi Arabia was represented with TV presenter Elee Suliman (38). And on the men’s side, Singaporean actor Glenn Yong (62) was a surprise new entry.
