U Mobile scheduled service disruption

KUALA LUMPUR, 16 July 2017:

U Mobile wishes to inform subscribers that the telco will be undergoing scheduled system upgrades and maintenance this July and August.

During the upgrade, some customers may experience service interruptions during the dates and hours listed below:

  • 18 July 2017 (12 midnight – 6.00am)
  • 3 August 2017 (12 midnight – 6.00am)
  • 8 August 2017 (12 midnight – 6.30am)
  • 9 August 2017 (12 midnight – 6.30am)

All services will be fully restored by 10 August 2017.

U Mobile apologises for any inconvenience caused and is committed to ensure that the system upgrades and maintenance efforts are completed with minimal interruptions to our customers.
