KUALA LUMPUR, 12 March 2018:
There was no criminal element in the abduction of two siblings from a kindergarten in Section 16 Petaling Jaya on Thursday, said the police.
Raheel Khan Mohd Saleem, six, and sister, Aleya Reyhana, four, were in fact, taken away by their biological mother as a result of alleged marital dispute, said Selangor CID chief, SAC Fadzil Ahmat.
“We urge the mother of the children to come forward to clarify the matter and refer her domestic dispute to relevant authorities.”
He urged the public to cease speculating on the case for the benefit of the children.
