Sumptuous buka puasa awaits at Le Quadri Hotel KL

KUALA LUMPUR, 24 Feb 2023:

Many are looking forward to marking Ramadan together as a community, after being kept so long apart by pandemic restrictions and Le Quadri Hotel KL is among the top spots at the capital city that is rolling out evening buka puasa buffets to present an epicurean trail around the world to tantalise taste buds.

Taking a more targeted layout, the Selera Serantau spread has five islands within The Quad to cater for the different courses.

As freshly grilled meats make up a major highlight for the palate, piping hot dishes served up ranged from evergreen favourites of local satay, North Indian Tandoori, Arabic Lamb Mandi and more to grilled steaks and chops from Down Under.

These succulent cuts are served both within the restaurant dining section and the external lobby, so explore all the options on offer – including local desserts of ais kacang and cendol crafted as you watch.

For the mains, chef Ahjoy’s team have prepared dishes beyond the traditional Malay lauk to feature various options from the roasted duck of the Orient to the Paella of the Mediterranean. Catering to different palates, these dishes range in degree of chilli heat with some mildly-flavoured with herbs to others enhanced to delight with spices.

Bookings for this buka puasa feasting are priced at RM118 nett for adults and RM58 nett for children aged 11 and younger plus senior citizens aged 65 and older. This early bird pricing is valid for bookings made till March 23, with prices rising to RM148 nett and RM78 nett respectively thereafter till April 18.

The above pricing applies for buffets featured only on Fridays and Saturdays, with further discounts with bulk bookings of 10 persons and more, said general manager Peter Padman.

The specially-curated buka puasa set is available on other days with advance booking, more catering is also on offer from RM70 per person. For hotel guests, rooms come with two sahur (before fast) meals between March 22 and April 18 for RM178 plus – subject to availability.

Amid this joyous gatherings, La Quadri Hotel is also reaching out to help the underprivileged with a donation drive for dry grocery items like rice, noodles, cooking oil, milk powder, sugar and more to be sent to a Cheras orphanage. Patrons who wish to contribute can leave these designated grocery items at the hotel lobby.
