Haj flight schedules app launched by Tabung Haji

KUALA LUMPUR, 10 July 2017:

Haj pilgrims can check their flight schedules to the holy land through the THijARI 2.0 application which was launched today.

Tabung Haji (TH) chairman Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim said the service is one of the improvements made to the THiJARI application, which was first launched in 2014.

In addition to checking flight schedules, the TH depositors could use the application to get their queue number online prior to dealing with the nearest TH branch via the TH MyQ service.

“The THiJARI 2.0 application, which can be downloaded via Google Play and the App Store for free, will allow our more than nine million depositors to make numerous dealinngs with TH at the end of their fingertips.”

Abdul Azeez said the application also allow the depositors to check their status of registration and haj offer, TaHa club registrations and membership checks, update accounts, TH related information, directories, latest news, promotions and e-magazines.

Asked about TH’s plans to build a housing complex for  Malaysian haj pilgrims in Makkah and Madinah, Abdul Azeez said he would  announce the latest developments of the project after the haj season this year.

“Insya Allah,  Datuk Seri Johan Abdullah (TH group managing director and chief executive officer ) and I will have a look at the land offered to us for building a housing complex for haj pilgrims.”

The first flight of pilgrims to the holy land is scheduled on July 24, while the last flight is on August 24, involving some 30, 200 Malaysian pilgrims.
