This Ramadan, take a trip around Asia at the Le Quadri KL buka puasa feast. Chefs Ahjoy and Mohd Ariffudin have created a menu that will take guests on a mouth-watering trail around the Middle East, Indonesia, Japan, India, China and of course, Malaysia.
In this way, some of the region’s specials, delicacies and must-haves such as Lamb Mandi and exotic dips and breads from the Middle East, and chicken skewers, udang bakar and the Makasar version of beef rendang from Indonesia will be brought to the table as families and friends break their day fast together.
But that’s not all. Sushi, teriyaki chicken, coconut milk appam, chicken varuval, tandoori and even the General Manager’s family recipe of kerala tuna cutlets will be on offer! Local delights include nyonya chicken curry, black pepper lamb stew, seabass masak lemak and mee rebus.
“It was time for a change,” Peter Padman, Le Quadri’s General Manager said. “Customers want something different each time, and we are proud to showcase what our culinary team can do.”
Between March 7th to 29th, work up your appetite on Fridays and Saturdays for this feast. Early bird bookings (up to March 7th) can enjoy this feast at RM88 nett for adults and RM60 nett for children and senior citizens. Otherwise it will cost RM118 nett per adult and RM68nett for children and senior citizens.
To make it truly different and eventful, however, why not try the Ramadan Retreat? This is a weekend stay in a standard Queen or Twin room with sahur the next morning for two people priced at RM180 nett.
