Submitting medical claims can be a hassle. But not when you are an Allianz customer.
With the Allianz A-to-Z app, Allianz customers can submit their medical claims via the e-claims feature. It saves time and rids you of the hassle of dealing with paperwork and you can do it on-the-go!
“When you download an app, not many users will take time to explore each and every function. So you really do miss out on some great features. Take for instance, the e-claims feature that allows users to submit claims. Besides that, customers can also use the app to request for a Guarantee Letter and use the app as an e-Medical Card,” said Felicia Leong, Head of Life and Health Claims for Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd.
“Having the app comes in very handy. On one occasion, I went to see the doctor, but forgot to bring along my medical card. All I needed to do was show my e-Medical Card to the receptionist during registration and everything else was taken care of. It’s these little things that can make a difference, especially in cases of emergencies,” added Felicia.
Besides the e-claims service, the Allianz A-to-Z app also offers other services that assist app users to request for roadside assistance, check their policy details (car insurance, life insurance, medical insurance and etc), check their NCD (Non Claims Discount) and Motor Insurance Claims.
The app also features the Allianz Locator which helps users locate Allianz branches as well as panel clinics, hospitals, workshops, windscreen repairers and car dealers nearest to them as well as Emergency and Hotline numbers of the Ambulance, Police and Bomba and more.
